Jewelry is non returnable. Will 9.25 sterling silver make my finger green? Sometimes people's fingers turn green when they wear silver jewelry. Contrary to myth, this happens with .925 sterling silver as well as “fake” silver. The copper in sterling silver can cause a reaction depending on your particular skin make-up, the foods you eat, and air quality where you live. Please be aware that this could happen and we are not responsible for this. Please ask questions before purchase to help avoid this. Sterling is usually 7.5% copper to harden the silver. Some people are more sensitive than others. Some items are nickel plated to stop the contact to the skin. We are not allowed to use that process domestically.

We cannot guarantee that a product's color will match exactly what you see on your computer screen, as all screens are different. If you are unsure of how a product will look in real life, we encourage you to contact us for more information before placing your order.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel custom-made and special-order items.

Medallions without crystals ship same day or next day First Class USPS
Crystal medallions ship within 1-5 days then First Class USPS.
Some personalized Gold, sterling silver jewelry, rings take up to 3-4 weeks to ship. Please contact me if you can any questions.
Tees are ALL made to order and take 3-7 days to be safe. We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. First Class or Priority.
International Shipping:
Who pays for the duties or taxes that may be applicable at the destination country? We are not responsible for duties once the package leaves the country. International shipments are subject to customs duties - taxes imposed on goods when transported across international borders. Customs duties protect each country's economy, residents, jobs, environment, etc., by controlling the flow of goods, especially restrictive and prohibited goods, into and out of the country.
